- Sin etiqueta y sin domicilio fiscal en Granada: solo con autorización (PMR, garaje en la zona, carga y descarga, entre otros). Hay aparcamientos de borde fuera de la ZBE.

Ordenanza Integral de Movilidad Sostenible (BOP 9-5-2025). El criterio es el domicilio fiscal del vehículo (IVTM), no el padrón. 16.298 infracciones de octubre de 2025 a mediados de marzo de 2026 (Granada Hoy). Hay una docena de recursos ante el TSJA (nueve municipios del área, Vox y otros) sin resolver; el tribunal rechazó suspenderla de forma cautelar. La sentencia que anuló la ZBE de Málaga por un trato similar a los residentes podría afectarla (Onda Cero, 14-10-2026).
